Rules Baccarat – The Euro Live Casino

Eight decks of cards are used.

Cards are given point values as follows: Ace = 1, 2-9 = pip value, 10 and face cards = 0.

At the start of a new shoe, the dealer will turn over one card. This will determine how many cards the dealer will burn, according to the baccarat value, except a 10 or face card will result in 10 cards burned.

The cut card will be placed approximately one deck (52 cards) from the bottom of the shoe. When the cut card appears, the dealer will finish that hand, play one more hand, and then start a new shoe. If the cut card comes out instead of the first card, the dealer will finish that hand, and then start a new shoe.

Play begins by all players betting either on the "player", "banker", or a tie during the predefined betting time displayed in the application.

After the betting time has ended and the game has entered “no more bets” mode the bets will be sent to the server and the dealer will give two cards each to the player and the banker. The score of the hand is the right digit of the total of the cards. For example, if the two cards were an 8 and 7, then the total would be 15 and the score would be a 5. The scores will always range from 0 to 9 and it is impossible to bust.

A third card may or may not be dealt to either the player or the dealer depending on the following rules:

  1. If either the player or the banker has a total of an 8 or a 9 they both stand. This rule overrides all other rules.
  2. If the player's total is 5 or less, then the player hits, otherwise the player stands.
  3. If the player stands, then the banker hits on a total of 5 or less. If the player does hit then use the chart below to determine if the banker hits (H) or stands (S):

Rules Blackjack – The Euro Live Casino

Black Jack Rules:

Eight decks of 52-cards are used.

Aces may be counted as 1 or 11 points, 2 to 9 according to pip value, and tens and face cards count as ten points.

The value of a hand is the sum of the point values of the individual cards. Except, a "blackjack" is the highest hand, consisting of an ace and any 10-point card, and it outranks all other 21-point hands.

After the players have bet, the dealer will give two cards to each player and two cards to himself. One of the dealer cards is dealt face up. The facedown card is called the "hole card."

If the dealer has an ace showing, he will offer a side bet called "insurance." This side wager pays 2 to 1 if the dealer's hole card is any 10-point card. Insurance wagers are optional and may not exceed half the original wager.

If the dealer has a ten or an ace showing (after offering insurance with an ace showing), then he will peek at his facedown card to see if he has a blackjack. If he does, then he will turn it over immediately.

If the dealer does have a blackjack, then all wagers (except insurance) will lose, unless the player also has a blackjack, which will result in a push. The dealer will resolve insurance wagers at this time.

Play begins with the player to the dealer's left. The following are the choices available to the player:

1. Stand: Player stands pat with his cards.

2. Hit: Player draws another card (and more if he wishes). If this card causes the player's total points to exceed 21 (known as "breaking" or "busting") then he loses.

3. Double: Player doubles his bet and gets one, and only one, more card.

4. Split: If the player has a pair, then he may double his bet and separate his cards into two individual hands. The dealer will automatically give each card a second card. Then, the player may hit, stand, or double normally. However, when splitting aces, each ace gets only one card. Sometimes doubling after splitting is not allowed. If the player gets a ten and ace after splitting, then it counts as 21 points, not a blackjack. Usually the player may keep re-splitting up to a total of four hands. Sometimes re-splitting aces is not allowed.

After each player has had his turn, the dealer will turn over his hole card. If the dealer has 16 or less, then he will draw another card. A special situation is when the dealer has an ace and any number of cards totaling six points (known as a "soft 17"). At some tables, the dealer will also hit a soft 17.

If the dealer goes over 21 points, then any player who didn't already bust will win.

If the dealer does not bust, then the higher point total between the player and dealer will win.

Winning wagers pay even money, except a winning player blackjack which pays 3 to 2.

Side Bets:
21 + 3 is an optional side bet placed at the same time as the opening wagers in the basic game. 21 + 3 is a wager that the first two cards dealt to a player, combined with the first card dealt to the dealer, will make a three-card poker hand against the following list of winning hands:

1. Flush - All three cards of the same suit (e.g. three hearts, three clubs etc)

2. Straight – All three cards in sequence but not the same suit (e.g. 5D, 6C,7H)

3. Three of a kind - All three of the same ranking (e.g. three 2’s, three 7’s etc)

4. Straight Flush – All three in sequence and of the same suit (e.g.4,5,6 of clubs)

5. Suited three of a kind - All three of the same ranking and the same suit (e.g. three 2’s of clubs, three 7’s of spades, etc)

Rules Casino Hold’em – The Euro Live Casino

Objective

The Casino Hold’em goal is to beat the Dealer’s hand. Both player and dealer receive two cards in the beginning. Another five flop cards are dealt during the game. The best poker hand wins. The hand is standard and consists of five cards. As long as each player has two cards of his own and five – shared, only the highest combination, of five from these seven, counts. The hands are compared in the end of the game.

Cards

Casino Hold’em is played with a standard 52-card deck, mixed after each game. The cards strength goes from highest to lowest in this series: Ace (A), King (K), Queen (Q), Jack (J), 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3 and 2. In some specific cases, the Ace might become the lowest card, less than number 2. All the suits – hearts, spades, diamonds, and clubs – are equal.

Game rules

 The rules are as follows.

1. Play begins with each player making an Ante wager. There is also an optional Progressive Jackpot side bet.

2. The dealer gives the player and himself two hole cards and three community cards face up on the table.

3. Each player must decide to either fold or call. If the player folds, then he gives up his cards and his Ante bet. If the player calls, then the Call bet must be equal to two times the Ante bet.

4. The dealer will then deal two more community cards, for a total of five. The dealer will then turn over his own two cards.

5. Both hands shall be scored according the highest poker value of the two hole cards and five community cards.

6. The dealer must have a pair of fours or better to qualify. If the dealer does not qualify then the Ante will pay according to the Ante pay table below and the Call bet will push.

7. If the dealer qualifies and beats the player, then the player will lose both the Ante and Call.

8. If the dealer qualifies and the player beats the dealer then the Ante will pay according to the Ante pay table below and the Call bet will pay 1 to 1.

9. If the dealer qualifies and the player ties the dealer then both Ante and Call bets will push.

Betting instructions

Casino Hold’em starts with Ante bet. You enter the game with this bet. When ready with your Ante bet. The first step is to receive two face-up cards for you, two hidden – for the Dealer and three flop cards – again with faces up.
After receiving your two cards and the three “flop” cards, you have to evaluate your hand and choose among the following:

  • Fold – just click the Fold button; you lose your Ante bet and the game is over.
  • Raise – click the Raise button to continue with an additional Call bet, equal to twice the Ante bet. Another two flop cards are dealt.

When all the five flop cards are on the table, the Dealer’s cards are turned over. Your best hand is formed by a combination between your own two cards and the five flop cards. It is the same with the best Dealer’s hand. The hands are compared to each other and the highest one wins the game.
You might make an additional bonus bet – called AA bet. To make an AA bet: first, you have to determine our Ante bet; then click the AA circle, where you put the bet. AA bet counts your two own cards and the three flop cards, dealt on the first round of the game. AA bet is not related to the other dealing results. You might lose the game, but the AA bet might win or vice versa
Game outcomes

Ranking hands

Royal Flush - Consists of Ace, King, Queen, Jack and 10, all of the same suit.

Straight Flush - Consists of five cards in sequence, all of the same suit (the Ace might be the weakest card).

Four - Consists of four cards of the same denomination, one in each suit.

One Pair - Consists of two cards of the same denomination and three unmatched cards.

Game outcomes

The Poker hand consists of five cards. Each higher category hand beats lower category ones: three cards of one denomination beat two sets of two cards; two sets of two cards beat a set of two cards, etc. If the hands are equal and in the same category, the individual cards set up the winner. If the highest cards in players’ hands are equal, the second highest cards should be compared, and so on. Here is an example:

The 7 wins over the 2 having the same pair due to the value of the 7.
The comparison continues until the fifth cards are compared.
Note that sixth and seventh cards are not taken in consideration when determining how high the hand is. Your best hand might consist of only one of your own two cards and four of the community cards, even the best hand of a player might consist only of community cards.
